I have been dealing with an insect problem for months now coming through my bathroom ceiling vent/light and its frustrating because i hate bugs and my roommate is not even experiencing this problem at all. Also my neighbors upstairs tend to be really loud when they are stepping about, which is distracting. Other than that the staff is nice and it is a convenient place to live.
This place is in a fantastic location—very close to campus, stores, and the other main apartment buildings used by off-campus students. I have had no issues with any of my neighbors and love living at Irish Row.
Good location and great aspects like in unit washer and dryer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and your own bathroom. Only complaint is the water pressure is VERY low in the showers and the water at it's hottest is lukewarm, making for a pretty bad shower experience. If you can get past that it's a great place to live!
Irish Row responds at a reasonable speed to maintenance requests but rent is an insane price for South Bend. The leasing office isn't always open at convenient time but I do appreciate them being open on Saturdays.
Irish Row is everything I expected: great rooms, awesome staff, and an overall comfortable living situation. I wish the fitness room had a few more weights and all-purpose machines, but I understand there is only so much space in the room. The only other complaint is that the door on the east side of building 1 doesn’t close properly. Thanks!
These apartments are clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. They come with all the amenities a college student needs! The Irish Row staff is very polite and responsive--for example, maintenance requests are always filled in one or two days. I'm very happy with my experience at Row.
so much better than the dorms. such a nice community and the office workers and so helpful and sweet. definitely feels like home and i get so excited to go back every night.
Irish Row is a great place to live! The apartments are spacious and have great amenities, and it's very close to campus. In addition, the staff is very welcoming and friendly.
Very poor sound insulation and heating insulation, good open community space and bedrooms. Looking forward to one more semester in the Irish Row townhomes.
I really love living at Irish Row! The rooms are spacious and it is fantastic having my own bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend living here!
The location is absolutely prime if you are a student at or work at Notre Dame. Furnished apartments are great if you are coming from out of state. The maintenance staff is always so helpful and respectful.
We really should recycle here. Other than that things are pretty great - great amenities, very responsive maintenance staff, good community!
I have had a great experience in Irish Row so far. I love having so much space and living with my friends. The amenities are really nice as well.
This is a great community with an excellent maintenance staff, nice amenities, and quality facilities such as the workout room and the leasing office that always has coffee, supplies, and great service.
Great community! Sometimes I don’t think work requests are Always completed, however, and I don’t know what to do when the issue isn’t addressed but rather just bandaged
great location, great amenities, up to date appliances, great furniture included. Apartment is in great shape overall. Really enjoy living here!
Work orders and maintenance problems are answered so quickly (within an hour usually) and the office is always so helpful. I'm so glad I decided to live here!
Really enjoy living at Irish Crossings. The town homes are much bigger than the dorms, and it feels like a really great community having everybody so close!
The townhomes have been amazing and our keypad lock is a game changer. Much better than being in a dorm room and very fast maintenance response time.
A fantastic apartment complex! I have lived here for 1.5 years and have had no trouble at all. The office workers are always friendly and happy to help, maintenance is quick to assist, and the community feels safe and clean. Definitely recommend! (Only -.5 stars due to pricing, which is understandable due to location but not the best.)
Irish Row is a very welcoming community. I LOVE Free Food Fridays, and any time I make a maintenance request it is promptly addressed and smoothly taken care of. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are clean.
Overall, my experience has been great, with only a couple hiccups. Some of the appliances are older, but work fine. All maintenance issues have been dealt with very quickly.
It's been good living here so far, everything is clean and works and maintenance requests have been handled pretty quickly. Still need to win a contest though.
Irish Row has great service and great rooms. The free food fridays offer a great way to connect with other members in the community. In the 4th building, they installed motion detector lights, so the building is also environmentally friendly.
Awesome community. Room has been great and experience very little problems. I’m excited to see how the rest of the year goes! Thank you for your hard woek
The apartments are very nice and maintenance is always available to help. There is a great sense of community with both the residents and the staff.
The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they are quick to respond to maintenance requests and questions. The location is nice, with security cameras to encourage safety. There is also a security guard in the parking lot late at night some days, which is a bonus.
Overall, I have had a great experience with Irish Row. The staff is very friendly and usually receptive to residents' needs and requests. The community is also great.
I've loved living in Irish Row so far! I love the in-unit washer/dryer. The rooms and bathrooms are a great size. Free parking is also such a plus!
Irish row has been great. The location is perfect and the community is stellar. I love that I can be the same distance away from my classes as I was at my dorm
I love living at Irish Row! We have an awesome community here and a great location. I would highly recommend Row to anyone looking for great housing.
Very nice apartment and good location, took some time for work orders to get completed
We still can't get Netflix to work on our TV but we've been doing without
Great place to live! Spacious Apartments and great staff. The maintenance response time is fast and it is close to the University of Notre Dames Campus (within walking distance). Would recommend!
Irish Row has the best community experience, and is the best location for school, food, and other stores. I would recommend to all students at Notre Dame
Great community, spacious apartments, friendly staff! The experience has been wonderful so far and the office is great at engaging the community.
The cable and WiFi are very spotty, but the overall quality of my apartment and living situation are very satisfactory. It is never too loud to fall asleep, but at the same time I know there are friends down the hall.
The apartments are fine. Very nice. Picking up packages is easy and convenient. The rest of the community is fine too. I have very few complaints
Experience has been good so far. I enjoy the easy access to campus and week kept up furniture. I believe that the televisions could be larger. The issue with the internet going out was quite inconvenient
Irish row has been a wonderful community with attentive, friendly, helpful staff, who are dedicated to making row a welcoming community by hosting social events and providing free food for residents every Friday.
Apartments are spacious, clean, and fully furnished, and maintenance staff has been timely in responding to work orders.
Everyone has been so kind and accommodating. Anytime I have had an issue, the staff has been so responsive and ready to help at any time they are open. They have provided free food every week, and they offer free coffee every day.
Living here has been fantastic! This staff is wonderful and attentive. We had some maintenance done and I felt like they really cared to help us out. The apartment itself is also very comfortable.
I love Row! It’s great to be so close to campus right near all my friends. Having a nice place to return to after a long day of classes is fantastic
My experience has been very good thus far. Move in went smooth and easy. Whenever I have any issues I submit a maintenance request and it usually is taken care of within a day or two.
I like that it's not always super loud and that people are respectful of the fact that there are people living around them. I also feel safe living here and love having my own space to come home to after a long day!
I have really loved living in Irish Row so far. I like how close it is to campus and the responsiveness of the staff. Despite some issues with slow maintenance, my experience has been very enjoyable.
It has been a great place to live with lots of great perks and a great location! I appreciate how accommodating the staff is for the residents.
I really think that the amenities here are cool and it’s close enough to campus to be really convenient to walk to class from my apartment and still hang out on campus
Overall, the apartment's been great. There have been a few maintenance issues, but they were all dealt with promptly and effectively. The experience has been a positive one!
I love it here! It's great to have an off campus area to retreat to after a long day of school and work. I would definitely recommend it to friends.
So far, my resident experience has been good. Responses to maintenance requests have been relatively fast but I do wish that some of the problems had been addressed before we moved in.
I like the location to campus but it's frustrating that there are hidden fees everywhere. Fees for using that simple bills site to pay our utilities, the insurance fee each month, the fact that we pay 12 installments but don't get 12 full months, etc.
Irish Row has been a great community so far. I have nothing but good things to say about the cleanliness of the apartment, furnished furniture, and huge living space.
I really like the community. It's fun living with other students that go to Notre Dame, because it gives a good community feel, but at the same time we get our own apartments rather than dorm rooms.
I enjoy living here
Make sure to fix the Wifi
The door on the second building doesn't work too well (side facing ND)
I think Irish Row is priced at a slight premium compared to the market
Maintenance work is great. Very quick and effective response from the maintenance staff. Unfortunately, a lot of the appliances have defects and need to be fixed often.
The Irish Row Townhomes are really spacious and I like that everyone has their own room and bathroom! The deck's are really nice. Only frustration is things seem to break easily and even when they get "fixed" by maintenance they aren't always really fixed
Great amenities, great apartment, responsive to work orders quickly, had some trouble at the beginning of the semester with the leasing office but everything has been great ever since!
I have thoroughly loved living at Irish Row! The apartments are very nice, and the staff could not be nicer! The location is very convenient as well!
The people who work at the office are very nice and helpful. The amenities are great. The only downside is the wifi has been down for a bit during my first few weeks here.
Location is great. Staffs super friendly. Sometimes it’s a little noisy during party hours (or non-standard party hours) but overall it’s great.
The building staff is very available to help with whatever I need, such as maintenance or just general questions. Also, the package pickup process is a bit of a pain, but it is nice knowing that it will not get taken.
Irish Row is not perfect, but is definitely better than living in a residence hall. I love the privacy of having my own room and my bathroom.
The location is really ideal for a Notre Dame student. The maintenance staff is super friendly and completes work orders on time. Having the apartment pre-furnished is really convenient.
I really like living here and the location is great. Close to campus and if there is anything wrong, Irish Row is very helpful with addressing it.
So far so good, looking forward to the school year living at Row!
The office staff have been very useful with their information regarding moving in and everything went smoothly the move-in week.
It's been a great place to live with nice facilities, great people, and up-to-date amenities. The leasing office has been very helpful with move-in and with providing information / insight.
After living on campus for three years, being able to have my own room that’s spacious, a well furnished and comfortable common room, and my own washer and drier is a great change!
The neighborhood here is great. There is an automatic sense of community. The apartments are well maintained and close to campus. I have loved my experience so far.
Its been great at Irish Row ! The walls are a little thin, but nothing that has affected my living. Really nice amenities, super close to campus, and comfortable.
Great location, nice furniture, super friendly office staff. Good amenities and responsive maintenance staff . Wish there was indoor bike storage though.
My house is in great shape and we have had great experiences with the staff. All of our work orders have been filled quickly, and the location is unbeatable. Easy commute to campus every day!
The community is clean, safe, and convenient, which are the most important things to me. We have had just a couple of maintenance problems in the house, but these have been taken care of quickly.
I haven't started living here yet because I move in in August, but I have heard wonderful things about Irish Row from friends who have lived there and have enjoyed it when I have seen the rooms. It is close to campus and features very high-quality apartments. The one thing that isn't the best is the noise through the walls, as they are very thin.
The apartment building is quiet when needed, but supportive. When others are locked out, they’ve yelled up to my window and I’ve let them in. The gym is almost always empty but when others are there, they are generous with the equipment.
Excited to be living with a great group of people in a beautiful house on a nice neighborhood. The proximity to campus can't be beat by any other equivalent community.
I haven't moved in yet and I dont move in until August 2020, so i don't really know how my experience is going. But honestly I toured Irish Row and it seems cool
Safe and close to campus. I can usually ride my bike and get to campus in 5 minutes.
However maintenance can be slow when we have a problem, so there's that.
I love being near my friends in my apartment. Unfortunately Row is not disabilities friendly so I cannot bring my family friends which is upsetting.
While I haven’t moved in yet, I can say that I hear nothing but great things about Irish row. I hear the gym is great and the employees super nice and helpful. Great work!
the apartments are clean, roomy, and up-to-date; everyone is very pleasant to deal with and has been very helpful to me and my roommates with everything so far
They are extremely committed keeping up-to-date with the work orders and care a lot about their residents. I have enjoyed my time thus far!!
Great location and renovated apartments for an affordable price. Can get noisy and needs a few improvements to shared amenities such as parking and fitness, but overall a great place for Notre Dame students to live.
This is a great and welcoming community. The office is very attentive to problems that may arise. All issues are fixed very quickly without a problem.
The apartment is fully furnished and has lots of great services! Definitely worth the price, which even includes most utilities! Would recommend!
It’s convenient to have a furnished apartment as a college student, making this complex suitable for attendants of Notre Dame/St Mary’s College.
I have not moved into my townhouse yet but I am very excited for when I do. The places are huge and very spacious. Very nice and I am super excited.
The apartments are pretty great for the price. I would like to see a better gym with more exercise machines for the residents. It is a great location as it is very close to the grocery store as well as campus.
Mary Kate N.
This community is the first apartment I have lived at and has made searching for a new one hard. They are consistently helpful, professional and available- maintenance is always quick to assist, and the amenities and location can't be beat. The only "negative" is the price, but given it's location the price is understandable. Overall amazing place!
I think that the location here is really excellent. I would have loved to be in one of the town homes or to have had a ten month lease but I still like the apartments
Amenities could be better. Toilet doesn’t really flush well, one of our burners is broken, and the shower heads aren’t the best, and our dish washer broke, but other than that good
I always heard that this community was excellent, which was why I chose to live here. I have already been treated so well by all the staff and look forward to the entire school year here.
I loved living there and can't wait to live there again! It was such a fantastic experience from the amenities to the people to the location.
I'm so excited to start living in irish row. The townhouses look great and I hope the neighborhood is too! “You can’t make positive choices for the rest of your life without an environment that makes those choices easy, natural, and enjoyable.”
The location is so nice, being right by campus and having so many other students in the buildings allows you to really get to know so many people that I never met at school
It’s been great so far! Close to campus and I love having my own bathroom and in unit laundry, after 3 years of lugging my dirty clothes to the basement
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Irish Row so far. The location is unbeatable and the amenities are great. I’m excited for the gym to be renovated so that I can start using it!
Great location, great community - love that I am surrounded by other students. Love that each room has their own bathroom and all rooms are about the same size. Only complaint was noise levels - really easy to hear people in other rooms in the house and outside. Also WiFi was poor at times.
Overall, extremely happy with everything about Irish Row Apartments-especially how nice and helpful the staff has been! It has also been wonderful meeting new people and seeing old friends constantly!
I love living at Irish Row. Having a convenient gym and helpful staff/landlord is key to college living. Also, the maintenance crew does a good job responding to issues in the house.
Love living here, everything is very easy, rooms are nice, close to campus, close to friends, close to food, good furniture. Staff are always friendly and willing to help!
Very pleased. Love the community. Only issues have been with WiFi and some maintenance issues around he house. Other than that I love the separate rooms with separate bathrooms and the overall layout of the house.
The amenities make it so easy to live on your own for the first time while still being able to manage courses. The convenient location and pre-furnished rooms are my favorite part.
Irish Row housing is great and I enjoy living here! It is conveniently located to campus and the staff that work here are incredibly nice. Sometimes things like the internet or the garage doors might not work, but they are pretty prompt to fix things.
I have had mostly all positive experiences with Irish Row. It is close to campus, is clean, and the people working in the main office are all very nice and helpful. The walls are very thin between the apartments but I have not had any issues with my neighbors!
I love it here, only things are that I REALLY think there should be a recycling system. Also, some of the units have better carpet than ours. I also wish the lighting was better in our apartment, it looks a little dim and dingy. But on the positive side, I love the people working in the office, the package delivery is very efficient, our apartment is nice, the location is great, and its also nice having a little gym!
This location is so convenient! The apartment was clean when we moved in, and a huge improvement from the dorms on campus. It is conveniently located near Martins, making grocery shopping and cooking that much easier!
The e xperience has been great. I enjoy the accomadations although we have had some problems with our utilities. All the problems have been solved, however. The WiFi has been kind of shotty but I think t should get better soon.
Almost everything has been great about the Row community. The townhouses are large, clean, and well-maintained. Responses to maintenance requests are generally completed in a reasonable amount of time, though the largest concern for our house has been the continuous Wifi problems since the beginning of the year. Despite repeated attempts to address this problem, no solutions have been forthcoming. This has really been the only detrimental part of my resident experience, but it is a large problem.
Love the community but maintenance requests can be slow to be fixed (oven has been broken for almost two weeks). Internet has also been an issue.
Irish Row has a great location and a great set up within apartments. They are high quality but also close to campus. I feel like I have my own space.
My experience with Irish Row was great. It was perfect for my college experience, because my friends were closeby. We had a great living experience, especially in comparison to other apartment complexes in the area. The staff is especially helpful and willing to foster a close community.
Amazing! The staff is extremely caring and always there to help when needed. The rooms and hallways are always clean and I never had an issue with noice complaints
Leasing through Irish row has been wonderful! The staff members are awesome, and work requests are always answered in a very timely manner! Overall great experience!
I love it here! it is, however, very expensive, and the wifi is not great. other than that, this is the perfect place to live! I'm glad that all my friends are around the area too
I would recommend adding more bike rack space by Building 2 on the campus side. Additionally, there is a long delay between when the packages arrive and when I receive the notification email sometimes. Otherwise, love the staff!
The staff is incredible, maintenance is very helpful and prompt, the apartment is well-kept, and the amenities are nice. The TV was a bit finicky and we had to get it fixed several times, but other than that I have hardly anything to complain about. Wish the walls were a little thicker, but everyone who lives here is friendly and helpful, as is the staff.
Irish Row is a fun place to live with other Notre Dame students. The management is responsive and willing to help. One of the only downsides is how expensive it is to live there.
The experience has been great so far living at Irish Row. It's location is ideal and the rooms are spacious. Maintenance is always really quick and efficient if we put in a work order. Overall, good place to live for a student. :)
The students who work in the leasing office are very helpful. I have been in a few times to ask questions or pick up a package, and they are always enthusiastic to be of service.
Great location. Maintenance work is done promptly. Would recommend this place to any Notre Dame student looking to live off campus. Great experience.
Appreciate maintenance's quick fixes but some things fall apart faster than expected. Location is great and plows do a relatively good job in the winter time.
I love the Irish Row community, the staff are so friendly and helpful, maintenance requests are completed in a very timely manner, and it has been an easy transition moving from dorm life to an apartment community.
The staff here are so friendly and involved. A lot of my friends live here too so the community is great! Love the fun little perks that are provided for residents- like free food and gifts. Also love the workout room
I love the location of Irish Crossings and the ability to park my car in the garage. The maintenance staff is always so nice and helpful, responding to calls 24/7 (even on Sundays when I got locked out). Overall, the neighborhood is wonderful and the amenities are great!
Very good staff and service. Awesome location. Could use better washing & drying & thermostat setting. But overall very positive experience & would recommend to friends
I am very happy that I decided to live in Irish Row. It is very close to campus but still has its own unique community, and it is so nice to have my own room and bathroom.
Leasing through Irish Row has been wonderful! The staff are always so willing to help, and they make logistical things very simple and straightforward!
The apartment is in a very good location and close to the grocery store. The apartments are nice and each person has their own bathroom in a double. The front office is open long enough to give us enough time to get packages or anything else we need.
The walls and ceilings are a little thin, but, overall, it’s a great place to live and I would recommend it to underclassmen. I also like the giveaways, and the staff is super friendly.
It's nice to have students in the rooms and buildings around me. It automatically makes me feel safe when I go back to my apartment. The apartments are furnished well and well-kept by maintenance. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a great place to live.
Apartment is high end, clean, and modern. Staff has been wonderful in assisting my roommates and me. When I had trouble with my bike, they were more than helpful in tracking it down. Moreover, I have seen wonderful service with parking passes and packages.
Great community - the noise is a bit of a problem sometimes but overall i really like the people and i love the leasing office staff. always really helpful and friendly
Always quick response to work orders, sending packing notifications, and answering any questions we have. Also love the free food on Fridays!
So far, I love living in Irish Row! The rooms are great and the location is so convenient. It's everything I needed to live off campus, and the office is super helpful with great hours!
The apartment community at Irish Row is good. The location is great, however the walls are very thin and there is a lot of noise from outside and from neighboring apartments.
I love the amenities that Irish Row offers. The in-unit washer and dryer are critical! I also really appreciate how quickly they respond to maintenance requests.
Great apartment community! Everyone is friendly in the hallways and in the main office. Love the gym and the tanning booth. Even the drivers are friendly.
Irish Row is a great community to live in. I just wish the trash was not picked up by the garbage truck at the dumpster at 6 AM in the morning.
I love living at Irish Row! Not only is it wicked new and way more spacious than the dorms, but the maintenance and overall staff is awesome. I love free food Fridays!
I've lived in building 3 since August and it's been a great experience. We've had to send in a few maintenance requests, but the maintenance personnel is always prompt. The building is clean and furnished nicely.
I love the community, this rewards program, and how helpful the staff is. My only suggestions for improvement would be making sure the rooms are fully cleaned before our arrival -- mine was quite dusty and we had a lightbulb out when we arrived. Also, it wasn't a huge deal, but at least mildly frustrating that we had to wait so long before the baseboards were up in the hallways. I'm really enjoying it overall though and the apartments are very nice!
Very helpful and easy maintenance process. Had lightbulb and WiFi fixed and process was very effortless and resolved quickly. WiFi does still run a bit slow
I have absolutely loved living here. The one problem we had with the sink was fixed promptly by the maintenance man, who was very friendly and helpful.
I really like Irish Row. I have had a great experience with the amenities as well as prompt help when maintenance is needed. It's at a great location.
I really enjoy living in Irish Row! The staff are super nice and helpful and the apartments are well taken care of. I think it's great that there are events like free food Fridays, too! It's a great way to build community.
Great management and living community. Facilities could improve a little though. Overall positive experience and nothing to complaint about.
I am very happy living here. It is a wonderful facility and very student-friendly. I love living so close to a lot of seniors and maintaining the close connections that I had on campus.
Good! Great convenient living, and all the neighbors are pretty friendly. Apartment came with a lot of great perks, I don't know about the color scheme for the halls though.
I love the location, feel very safe in the community, and staff are helpful with packages and maintenance requests. Only change would be that the leasing office has limited hours.
I absolutely love living at Irish Row! My apartment is in a great location & the community of people here is awesome! Everyone is so friendly!
The apartment layout, variety of amenities, distance from school, perks of living at Irish Row provide the best experience for off-campus living.
I have really enjoyed living in Irish row, it is a lot like dorm life but more comfortable. I had a few issues with my air conditioning and Simple Bills, but other than that everything has been great.
Good amenities and nice place to live! The staff is friendly and responds to maintenance requests in a timely fashion. Overall a great place to live so far!
Love living here, have not had any problems. The maintenance service is great and always super helpful, as well as all of the staff. I feel very safe knowing there is also security at night
Great, fully furnished apartment with lots of space and great set-up. Love how close and convenient it is to campus, grocery store, etc... and that we each get our own room / bedroom!
Love living at Irish Row. Always feel so safe and secure, and the staff at the front office is always so helpful and friendly. Could't ask for a better place to spend my senior year.
So far my living experience at Irish row has been great. The apartment is beautiful and the furniture is very nice, but it did take a long time to get the ice maker in my apartment fixed which wasn't the best.
I love it here! The staff is great and my neighbors are awesome. I just wish the rent was a little cheaper, but for all of our amenities it's still great.
It is great being able to live with my friends off campus that I would not have gotten the opportunity to live with on campus. So far the community as a whole has been good
I love living at Row! It makes such a difference having your own space, yet still being close enough to campus to get anywhere in just a few minutes.
Great location. I can board from Row to campus in less than 5 minutes. The rooms are spacious enough that I have my own privacy but I also get to hang with my roommate as well. Good wifi!
I've really enjoyed my time at Row. The staff are super nice and very helpful whenever I put in work orders. The facilities themselves are very nice and spacious too. Really a great community.
Awesome staff and great apartment. Package delivery system is very efficient and fast. Only downside is that our AC wasn't working in this heat wave!
Always awesome! The staff is always helpful. If I ever need anything I know that they are there. I never have any problems at Irish Row. The staff there makes it feel like a home
Living here has been wonderful! The staff is always willing to help and has made the living experience great! The amenities have also been outstanding!
So far so good. The Irish Row staff is very pleasant and seems passionate about making the community a better place. I appreciate the little things that they do to make you feel like a valued resident there.
Irish Row apartments is in a great location for students. It is walking distance from the grocery store, Martins. It is also fully furnished.
So far everything has been great. We have had a few mechanical issues but staff has been great at addressing them and helping us with our issues.
I love living at Irish Row! It's so great having all of our own rooms and bathrooms. We've never had a maintenance reply take more than a day!
Great - love the community and location. Also the maintenance staff is super responsive to any and all problems that arise is our apartment.
The community is great here! The houses are nice, though a lot more expensive than we originally planned on. But overall I am happy with the decision to stay here!
The walls are super thin and we can hear everything--otherwise great! We really like living here and being so close to everyone, be that friends, food, campus, whatever
I like how I can live with a roommate and enjoy my privacy at the same time. Staffs are nice. But I do not think walls are thick enough to prevent noises.
Irish Row has been a great place to live. The amenities are great, the location is amazing, and I always feel safe here. I would definitely recommend it to others.
Location is perfect and I love having my own room and bathroom. Staff has been quick to respond to questions and it's overall a great community.
Love the friendly staff! Especially enjoy how accommodating they are with events such as free food Friday and grocery bingo! Overall fantastic group of people
I love living in Irish Row! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the location is awesome! My only suggestions are to increase the bike space outside of Building 2's door facing campus and to fix the camera of the call-in system
Communication has been really good so far! I am super excited to be living in Row this coming school year and can't wait for the memories I'll make :)
Irish Row is located in a great location near Notre Dame's campus. You can walk to class easily. Plus the apartments are very nice and well kept.
Really great! The staff in the office is super nice. I submitted a work order, and it was fixed the next day. My only complaint is the weird smell in the hallways/stairwell
The sign up for billing and move-in has been very clear and simple so far! Irish Row has made the process very straight-forward, and the staff has been very helpful!
everyone here so far has been very friendly and helpful. I love living in a community of ND students while still having the freedoms of being off campus!
This is a great place to live, primarily because it is in such a good location. The rooms are fairly big and the amenities are not too old, though some could use some updating.
Apartment has been great. Rent is a bit high but overall have been a good experience. Large rooms, private bathrooms and helpful staff all good
Great place to live! the facilities are great and I love being close to my friends. I feel very safe in the area. It is a little expensive, but I would not want to live somewhere else
I love the Irish Row community and how easily accessible the office is. However, the SimpleBills website is a little hard to work and I think that the Irish Row website could be inmproved
Definitely lives up to the name of luxury apartments, and the proximity to campus is a huge plus. There's also included furniture, cable/wifi, and a washer/dryer. I pretty much have everything I need here.
The townhouses themselves are nice compared to everything else in the area available to students. The management leaves something to be desired though since they are not the most organized.
I enjoy the life at Irish Row with its efficient operations maintenance service. Also, I appreciate the efforts for building a community within Irish Row.
No major problems. Quick on maintenance but have had a lot of problems with AC/heat and dishwasher. The rooms are spacious and the apartments are a great location.
I believe generally Irish Row is very comfortable place to live, especially its quick maintenance service. It would improve if it would be fair to all residents in terms of changing carpet /equipment. I've lived here for 3 years and seen new residents get new carpets/laundry machines, which I feel it's ironic as they should reward people who lived longer in the apartment.
great sense of community! maintenance is something to behold. i love that I am able to walk to class from off campus. Irish Row is all that a boy could ask for!
I love the community here. Great quality apartments and the location is phenomenal. my town house is spacious and makes me feel much more at home than the dorms
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living here at Irish Row. The apartments are homey and have been exactly what I wanted for my senior year! The community at Irish Row is wonderful and the staff is always friendly!
Irish Row is what you need it to be for an off campus student life. The distance is manageable and furnishings are nice. The office is great about mainanance and mail.
i have really enjoyed my experience and will definitely recommend irish row to my friends who are moving off campus next year. I enjoy the simple billing process
I am still exploring this site but I am definitely enjoying it so far. Very user friendly. Clear and concise. I am excited to see what other features exist.
Great place to live, with nice apartments right by campus. Never had an issue with staff; getting packages, filing work orders, etc. has always been very easy. Keep up the good work!
Irish Row has been a great place to be close to all of my friends and my classes. I get the freedoms that come w/ off campus housing without having to take a bus or car to campus.
The management is very helpful and I really enjoy living at Irish Row. The only thing I wish I could change is making recycling available to the residents.
Simple Bills was an annoying process, and I feel the system should have some kind of email alert for late payments, rather than a piece of paper on the door.
Love all the staff and the friendly environment! So far I have no complaints and everyone has been really helpful. Great location and space!
I have enjoyed my experience at Irish Row a lot so far. I have only had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of quickly. I also enjoy the freedom of being off campus, but still being fairly close.
Friendly staff, convenient location, great amenities in apartment. Only complaint so far is that apartment wasn't very clean when we got here
I love living at Irish Row! The community is great, the location is perfect for being involved on campus, and the apartment has plenty of space for me and my roommates! My only complaints are the lack of maintenance in the stairwells and hallway and the difficulty of recycling.
So far, the process has been very clear and organized! Overall experience has been great, and we are looking forward to leasing with Irish Row!
I love living at Irish Row! The community is so welcoming that it makes living off campus easy. Also- the services provided allow you to have all your needs met immediately.
I am very excited to move in! Although I have not moved in yet, I will be living in Irish Row for the 2017-2018 school year. My older brother lived in Irish Row and he really enjoyed it.
Things are going well honestly. The buildings are nice and my apartment is everything I could have asked for. Everything is working and I haven't had any major issues
I've had a great experience so far. Any work order has been completed promptly. I've experienced nothing but courteous service in the office.
Since moving in, we have not had any major problems with our apartment. There was one issue with our air conditioning, but we got it taken care of very quickly so it was not an issue.
Irish Row is the home away from the dome I've been looking for! The co-ed dorm we all dream of. I am so happy with my decision to go to Irish Row.
Thank you to the incredible management staff at Irish Row for making my rental period great! There are many perks about living at Irish Tow that you won't get anywhere else.
I've had a very positive experience at Row so far- a couple of things required maintenance early on which was a little frustrating when trying to become acquainted to a new place/living situation but the requests were answered promptly and always fixed. I don't like the fact that my parents are unable to park anywhere near my apartment when they come to visit for game weekends (Friday night of the Duke game our car was towed after being parked for 1 hr in an otherwise nearly empty parking lot). Saturday morning there are plenty of places to pay for parking, but that is not an option Friday and there is no (clear) alternative to illegally parking. But the apartment itself has been great.
I really like Irish Row. I have some friends that are living there now. I was so impressed with the quality of their house that I knew I wanted to live there my senior year.
The staff at Irish Row was super accommodating to my requests even after I kept changing my mind. They always follow up on phone calls or voicemails and when I physically go to the office, someone helps me out immediately. I like that they email you constantly with updates.
Irish Row is great. The facilities and apartment rooms are comfortable and homey. I also appreciate the effort to bring the community together through events within the building.
Irish Row does a good job of keeping us in the loops even though we are a year out for residence. That is something I can certainly appreciate
Love my apartment at Irish Row, grounds are clean, safe, and well kept. It is great living so close to campus and my friends, and the staff in the office is always friendly
So far I have had a great experience living at Irish Row. Any issue we've had in our apartment has been resolved very quickly and the people working here have been really nice about everything. I really appreciate how quick you guys are to address any concerns/complaints.
The homes themselves are pretty nice, although ours required a lot of maintenance when we arrived. The staff are always accommodating and you will pretty much get what you need fixed within a few days.
Good place to live. The equipment is good, the rooms are large. Good location with respect to campus, takes about 15 minutes to walk to class.
Doing very well do far. No problems at all and maintenance responds is very quick. Looking forward to the rest of the year seeing the smooth start.
The staff is super friendly and helpful whenever I go into the leasing office. And they're always giving away free stuff, which doesn't hurt.
Aside from the walls being a little thin at times and making things noisy, Irish Row apartments are fantastic. The apartments themselves are wonderful, well-furnished, and homey. The staff in the leasing office is incredibly accommodating and so warm and welcoming to the residents here. I feel so at home!
Overall pretty good so far, but the dishwasher is awful. Move in was easy and the leasing office has been welcoming and enjoyable. I hope that this can continue into the winter months.
Friendly staff at a great location off campus. I disagree with one or two of their policies but I would definitely recommend Irish row to my friends.
Move-in day was smooth; there was a minor setback with insurance but that was squared away. Also, there were some issues with rent and such, but that was taken care of and accommodated for as well.
Workers in the leasing office are very approachable and willing to assist residents. The workers are informed and have been able to answer any questions I've had.
LOVE everything about row. Except the water from the kitchen sink tastes and smells very bad :( other than that, the set up, the furniture, the cable and especially the location are fabulous!
I really enjoy living here, but sometimes it's a bit loud. I can always hear the people above me walking around, and I can hear the treadmill below me. But the rest of it is great.
Really enjoying living off campus, the office is very helpful and has been attentive to all of our needs. Only problem is that there is no elevator and the recycling is so far away
I have been having a great time. I've made new friends and have had a great year. Being close to campus definitely is very convenient as well
Irish Row's predatory leasing practices punishes both prospective and current residents. Row is a high demand community, but this is no excuse to encourage students to sign leases TWO academic years before their move-in date. I was lucky to sign for a townhome for my junior year, and tried to extend my lease for senior year before I had even moved in. Unfortunately, I was told I was out of luck; the only way to guarantee an extended lease was if I had signed for both years when I originally secured the townhome. In what other community either here or at another university is it acceptable to expect students to renew leases before even stepping foot on the property?! Simply allowing myself and my roommates to remain in our unit would be mutually beneficial for us and Irish Row; instead, we are inconvenienced to move yet again (and incur the costs associated with that), while Row faces the costs and inconveniences of transferring control of the unit between leasees. Unfortunately, until Irish Row shows consideration for current and future residents by changing their predatory practices, I will never be able to recommend Row to Notre Dame students.
Extremely dissappointed resident
I am having a great experience living at Irish Row. The facilities are clean and the staff is very friendly. Proximity to campus is also good.
Very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is completed quickly and there are always complimentary things in the Irish row office that help to brighten my day!
Irish Row has only been full of good experiences for me! LOVE the free food Fridays for sure! Always nice being able to come into the office for free coffee from the Keurig too. The free items, like the pens, water bottles, etc. are a nice feature as well. The housing experience itself is always nice. I really love my own room and the comfort of the whole apartment.
great! always answers calls and are very helpful over phone. whenever I have questions they have been answered quickly and efficiently. thanks!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance is always taken care of in a timely manner and very thorough. We have had several problems with plumbing but other than that it's been great.
I've had a very enjoyable experience at Irish Row so far. Workout facilities are nice, apartments in good condition, and management is very helpful. My only complaint is that the apartments can become loud at times
Irish row is a great place to live given its close proximity to campus. In addition, we have several amenities that make it easy for you to stay off campus. Come check it out yourself!
I have enjoyed the hospitality that Irish Row promises to their tenants. Although the rent is a little higher than some places around town, you are really paying for the sense of security and care that comes with renting from such a reliable owner. I didn't have this same reassurance anywhere else that is rented before. Thank you Irish Row for the great experience!
Everything is going well. It has been a great time and the apartment are still great shape. The only problem is there is smoke in the hallways and can be not that great.
I have had a great time living in Irish row so far this semester and I look forward to the rest of the year living here, the facilities are top notch
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Irish Row thus far. My apartment has been great, as well as the staff in the office. I don't have any complaints!
I've really enjoyed Irish row so far. The furnished rooms and friendly staff are great. You can't beat the location either. I love how I can still walk to school.
Everyone here is great! Always friendly and willing to help me if something needs fixing. Work orders are also processed really quickly. Office is open and answers phone calls promptly
Really nice apartments! Decent community. Great location - within walking distance to campus, Martin's, and plenty of other places to eat! Little pricey, but definitely worth it for the location!
I've had great service from the staff here at Irish Row. Any problem I've had has been attended to readily and work orders have been fixed promptly. I would have given 5 stars, but I have noisy neighbors, which isn't really the staffs fault.
Service is good. Maintenance is quick.
Wish the office hours are a little longer.
Every thing is perfect, except the LATE FEES. 3 days, $50 is sometimes a bit too harsh.
Irish Row is doing a very good job at keeping everything up date. I have not had any problem with maintenance and if there is they are right there.
maintenance staff is excellent and always is available when we need them; however we are not very happy with the internet plan that comes with our rent as it is extremely slow and in some parts of our house, the wifi does not even connect
Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Irish Row. The facilities are clean and safe. I enjoy the fact that there is a neighborhood feeling to it!
My time at Irish Row has been good so far. The leasing office staff have always been very friendly when I pick up packages or need anything. Free Food Friday is also a great deal.
Things are great here and problems are always dealt with promply. Sometimes I think packages could be better organized and stairs/hallways cleaner.
Although it's a bit more pricey than other options, it's really nice and close to campus as well as in a very convenient location to other places (Martins, eateries, etc..)
Don't know how to claim prize. I was emailed that there was a gift waiting for me from Irish row but I don't know how to get it. I signed up and followed the directions but ma not sure how it works
I personally think row is better than any other nearby places off campus at notre dame to live! I really love how maintenance services are so prompt, and kept clean all the time!
Maintenance requests are always completed quickly, the the whole staff is very nice. the grounds are kept veg clean, and it is very easy to obtain packages with the mail system.
It's the best apartment there is, with great facilities and location. Maintenance is super fast and helpful. I definitely recommend it to other residents.
I really like the Free Food Friday. It's fun to go the office and see the managers and chat with them. Also the maintenance are very nice and always wiling to help & fix things!
I enjoy the close location to campus and the responsiveness of the staff at Irish Row. I like that the apartments come fully furnished because that made moving in a breeze!
Irish Row has been a great landlord to Irish Crossings. I don't have any complaints except for the spotty wifi, largely not in Irish Row's hands.
It has been great! Never had problems with electricity or water and it is always cozy. Sometimes maintenance is late depending on what you ask for but if it is urgent they always come on that day of the week.
Mail system is not efficient for packages. Maintenance is very prompt and helpful with fixes around the house. Parking is good for residents and visitors.
I would like to see more community building events, like the cookout that happened last year. Also please bring back the free food Friday texts.
Noise from neighbors and infrequency with which the halls are swept/cleaned detracts from score. Nevertheless, all in all, a really convenient place to live, with well-organised floor plans.
Irish Row makes living off campus easy. Management is incredible, the apartments are so close to campus, so much space in one apartment, free 24/7 gym, and French Food Fridays sometimes! I'm so lucky. :D
Great! Love the place. It seems like you guys are nailing it. I am probably going to continue living in Irish row until I graduate. Thanks guys.

i have been really pleased with the timeliness and efficiency of the office and the maintenance groups. My biggest complaint are the neighbors. Both upstairs and downstairs are extremely loud even when we try to talk to them it does nothing. The apartment itself is great.
The houses are great, very safe, spacious, and well equipped. Surrounded by students and super close to campus. Super market right down the street.
Besides internet issues, living in Row has been great. The internet issues are being fixed as well and I don't expect any more issues will come up.
I am extremely happy with Irish Row so far. I moved in to my apartment in August and the move in crew and welcoming committee was extremely helpful and have been ever since.
I just love Irish Row! Fully furnished, safe and so close to campus. What more can you ask for? I especially love the leasing office people, who are really nice, friendly, and always willing to help.

Irish Row is a great place to live for students! It is convenient to walk to school and has great security. The pre-furnished apartment is spacious and well set-up.

Love the community; you can't beat the location and convenient of Irish Row. The maintenance team is always diligent and friendly, and everyone at the leasing office is extremely helpful.
I love the life here! This place is the closest and nicest apartment that undergraduates can live. Staffs are very kind and always willing to help residents.
Apartments are nice, the complex is clean, the furniture is sturdy, and there is really good wifi! I love that I'm able to walk to class in a reasonable amount of time.
I absolutely love living at Irish Row. The town home I live in is spacious, new, updated, and was clean from the first day we walked in. My friends and I have added our own personality to the space, but the only reason it looks so great is because of how great it was to begin with
Place is amazing and well equipped. Staff is very helpful and around. Maintenance comes in a timely manner. Paying online is slightly annoying also with some utilities being paid separately.
Although the house was not the cleanest on move in day, and many items were broken, Irish Row has done a great job at coming in and fixing them.
Facilities are great and maintenance always respond the very next day. However, the walls are kind of thin and so you can hear your neighbors/ people in your living room.
Awesome! Love living here. We have had a few problems with things breaking but maintenance is always really quick and helpful. Really enjoy having access to the gym even though we live in crossings.
I love it here. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, and are more than willing to help if you have a problem! The rooms are spacious, and the appliances are fairly up to date. Way better than what I thought my first apartment would be.
